- It is made by Melody Lorenzo whose dessert business called Sweet Condesa Pastries is based in Oakland, California
- It is said to be the Filipino version of key lime pie, using the juice of the Philippine citrus fruit to strike the perfect balance between sweet and tangy.
- The pie tastes especially good when frozen, which is how Lorenzo recommends it to be enjoyed.
Calamansi Meringue Pie
- This is a well-loved dessert in Amy Besa and Romy Doorman’s Purple Yam Restaurant in New York.
- When Amy couldn’t find a Lemon Meringue Pie in the US that is to her liking, she decided to make one herself, using calamansi lime curd.

- This is a dessert crafted by pastry chef Eunji Lee for the menu of Jungsik, a modern Korean restaurant in New York.
- Calamansi’s citrusy notes coming from the marmalade are balanced by sweet pineapple sorbet, coconut cream, and herbs such as cilantro and lemongrass.

- Kimberly Mendoza Camara, a New York-born and bred Fil-Am chef is the beauty and brains behind the fast-selling Kora, which makes this tangy variant.
- Her pastries are known for having Filipino flavours such as ube, halo-halo, leche flan, and buko pandan.
- Her Calamansi Amapola, composed of calamansi curd with poppy cream, torched meringue, graham crunch, and calamansi glaze, are her highly requested flavors.
Mango-Calamansi Fresh Cream Cake
- A Little Sweet, which is responsible for this dessert, is a brand by Jeffery KOO Ka Chun located in the UK.
- Along with egg tarts, crispy buns, egg waffles and butterfly crackers, his shop carries intricate and elegant cakes, in which the calamansi creation is a part of.
- The cream cake beautifully marries tropical flavours in the form of fresh mangoes and calamansi puree.
